Sit poolside and enjoy talking with other guests and talk about your day's activities! Every Monday night beginning at 5:30 pm join us pool side to enjoy a beer, wine, rum punch or and meet and greet with your "Hosts" Ed and Liz.

CHEF GIBY'S MONDAY NIGHT BBQ

Yummmm...ALL YOU CAN EAT! Starting at 6:30 pm, feast on local delicacies such as various local stews, grilled catch of the day, Grilled BBQ Ribs and Chicken (hey, Giby only uses locally made "real" charcoal...not that fake stuff), home made salads and sinful deserts. Enjoy  Emma's home-made Garlic Butter on local breads made that day and her decadent "thousand island" dressing infused secret herbs and spices! Cost: $20.00 per Adult, $10.00 for children 5-10 and FREE for children under 5!

Bonaire has a Governor, but if it had a Mayor, Giby would be it! He is full of island information and history. Having a great time? NO PROBLEMS! Giby will hang out with you past 6:30 and Happy Hour Prices will too! 

Note:  Giby does his BBQ every high season (15 Dec - 14 Apr) on Mondays.  During Low Season, Giby will accommodate groups of 8 or more with advanced reservations.
